We are not responsible for delays that are unforeseen and/or solely caused by the courier, such as carrier delays, weather delays or international customs inspection delays are beyond our control.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for the delivery time. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any customs fees, import duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

Shipping & Delivery

At present, all Wiix orders are shipped from China, and in the future, overseas warehouses may be developed for delivery, so that customers can receive items faster.

1. Shiping

After an order has been successfully paid and confirmed, you will see the estimated delivery time and cost for shipping on your order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation message that will outline the estimated processing time for your order.

1.1. Shiping time and Cost

Normally, our order processing period takes 1-2 business days to ship. Orders in stock will be dispatched the same day or the next day. Above shipping times excluding order processing period.

Wiix currently provides free standard shipping for most orders and free express shipping for orders over US$129.

In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up to date delivery date.

1.2. Shipping options

You may choose standard shipping or express shipping depending on the items in your order and your location. As your orders may be handed over to local carriers for the final leg of delivery, tracking may not be available every step of the way.

1.3. Shipping address

Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. You may use P.O. boxes as your shipping address. But certain items can only be delivered to physical addresses.

Large products, valuables, perishables, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped via private carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation to be successfully delivered. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.

1.4. Courier Company

Wiix partners with reputable package carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of orders to customers. These leading package carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS, are known for their extensive networks and commitment to delivering packages in a timely and secure manner.

By working with these carriers, Wiix aims to provide customers with reliable shipping options and the ability to track their packages during transit. The choice of carrier may depend on factors such as the customer’s location, shipping preferences, and the specific products being shipped.

Wiix strives to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched promptly, with the cooperation of these trusted carriers. This helps to minimize shipping delays and provide customers with a positive shopping experience.

1.5. Cancel Order

Once the Order/Product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or amended.

Customers can only wait for the Order/Product to arrive and sign for receipt before contacting our customer service team for assistance.

Unshipped orders support unconditional cancellation of orders.

2. Delivery

Customers will receive our order confirmation email immediately after purchase, which contains information such as your delivery address and items.

Once the customer receives the email, it indicates that the purchase has been successful.

Immediately after delivery, we will send an order-delivered email to the mailbox reserved in the customer’s order information.

The email contains the name of the logistics company responsible for transportation/item information/logistics tracking number/logistics tracking address.

2.1. Consumers Only

Wiix only sells and ships products to end-user customers, if we suspect that you are purchasing products with the intention of purchasing them for business or professional purposes / are not a genuine customer or are attempting to exercise your right of cancellation in any unlawful manner.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order.

In such cases, Wiix shall notify the Customer by email that their order is not accepted and shall also issue a refund for the non-accepted order.

2.2. Taxe

Prices on the Wiix official website do not include any taxes, nor do we charge any taxes on orders.

However, we cannot guarantee whether the customs authorities of the customer’s country will charge taxes on the order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any customs fees, import duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

2.3. Promo codes – Promotions

We may release promo codes/promotions/holiday promotions/special discounts for a certain customer group from time to time.

Promo Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid.

Attempting to add a promo code after purchase or try contacting the customer service team to try to refund the discounted difference,will not be honored.

2.4. Issues regarding delivery

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately and within 30 days of the order date.

3. Contact Information

Usually our reply time is about 1 hour during working hours. If it is not within working hours, we will reply in time after work the next day.

We are a Viet Nam merchant, and the time zone of the customer may be reversed day and night. If you do not reply in time, please wait patiently. We will properly handle all customer problems, please do not worry.
